Vision

We see:

A Spirit-filled church that experiences Jesus in our life together

 Goal: significantly increase both the time and the proportion of our church attending prayer gatherings
 Goal: actively grow "prayer ministry" in all of our meetings together
 Goal: for the use of spiritual gifts to be normal (including prophecy, words of
knowledge and wisdom, tongues and interpretation, healings)

A missional church where people of all ages come to faith in Jesus

 Goal: individuals feel equipped, confident and bold enough to share their faith and
are frequently doing so
 Goal: we will become a CAP debt centre by 2024
 Goal: we will run Christianity Explored courses (or the equivalent) 2-3 times per year
 Goal: some of our small groups will have a specific missional purpose
 Goal: Outreach to the local community will be an intentional part of our annual program

A discipling church where we are growing in our Christian life through an outstanding small group ministry

 Goal: 15% increase in Connect Group capacity for the next three years
 Goal: to have at least 50% of church attendees in accountability groups / prayer triplets
 Goal: to have 75% of regular church attendees regularly attending Connect Groups
 Goal: that 90% of Connect Group attendees agree that the Connect Group structure is a
significant element in their spiritual growth.

A growing church with 200 members by the year 2027

 Goal: develop and implement an outstanding welcome strategy to help new people assimilate into the life of the church
 Goal: double the size of our age-related ministries
 Goal: decide on next phase of our building project and begin fund raising for it
 Goal: actively and intentionally loving one another as Christ loves the church
